RSF reassures all citizens throughout Sudan who have been liberated from the clutches

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) reassures all citizens throughout Sudan who have been liberated from the clutches of the former regime and the terrorist Islamic Movement that they are not targets in this conflict.

Our commitment is clear — we bear no hostility toward civilians. Our courageous RSF soldiers are steadfastly devoted to freeing our nation from the corrupt, racist, and terrorist regime that has oppressed us all for more than three decades.

Displacement from towns and liberated areas is primarily due to fears of air attacks by the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and its militias. False information disseminated by the Islamic Movement also aims to instill panic and insecurity in these safe zones.

We urge citizens to remain at home, assured that our forces are dedicated to their safety. Our commitment is evident in the relative stability in Khartoum and several cities in Darfur, Gezira, and Kordofan, despite air bombings by SAF warplanes.

We are forced to acknowledge the hardships endured today as the unfortunate yet necessary cost of bringing to life our collective aspirations to build a civilian-led democratic state, made so vivid during the glorious December revolution. As the opposing force refuses all efforts to forge lasting peace, we will continue this fight until victory. The RSF is committed to securing justice and stability in Sudan, dismantling the former regime, and opening a new chapter in our country’s history.
